College Application Week (CAW) for 2020 is now….College Application Month – all during October!

This means that schools and counselors can schedule their application events any time that's convenient throughout the month.

The national CAW campaign focuses on assisting students who are the first in their families to attend college, from low-income families, or may not have otherwise seriously considered applying to college, apply to at least one postsecondary institution.

New York State is proud to participate in the national College Application Week, part of the American College Application Campaign, an effort of the American Council on Education, to increase the number of first-generation and low-income students who pursue a postsecondary education.

In 2019, more than 600 high schools and community groups participated!

In 2020, let's continue to help seniors access college and reach their higher education goals. Register for CAW 2020 now!

Special note to New York City public and charter schools: no need to register! The NYS DOE has taken care of this for you!
